Before you send the enquiry
01.Do you have the part in stock?
Most of what is listed here is on our shelves in Lahore rather than on order. Send the part number on WhatsApp and we will confirm stock, price and dispatch time the same working day.
02.Why are prices not shown on the site?
Industrial parts are quoted per enquiry. The price depends on quantity, what we currently hold and what the part costs to replace, so a list price on a page would be out of date the week it was published. Send the part number and you will get a real figure.
03.What if the part I need is not listed?
The catalog is what we stock, not the limit of what we can get. Send us the part number, the machine model, or a photo of the old component, and we will tell you whether we can source it and roughly how long it will take.
04.Are the parts genuine?
We source through established supplier channels and can tell you where a part came from. If you need specific documentation for a particular part, ask before ordering and we will tell you what we can provide for it.
05.How long does a machine repair take?
It depends on the machine and on what the strip-down finds, so we do not quote a blanket turnaround. Send the model and the fault to Al-Kausar Repairing Workers and you will get a realistic time and cost before any work starts.
06.Can you make a part that is no longer available?
Often, yes. Al-Kausar Repairing Workers handles precision machining, boring, seat restoration and custom turning in-house. Send a photo and the dimensions and we will tell you what is possible.
07.Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes. We dispatch to Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and the rest of Pakistan.
08.How does the RFQ list work?
Click "+ Add RFQ" on any part in the catalog to collect it. When you have everything you need, open the RFQ list and send the whole set to us on WhatsApp as one message, rather than asking about each part separately.
